Usana gives additional bonus commissions to those people who can assemble their team fast.,like for example those who finalize as Pacesetters get additional 50% of the total commission of his/her team plus the associate's personal commision. And for those associates who finalizes as Platinum pacesetters: they can additional 100% of the total commision of his/her team on top of his/her personal commision:
sample computation: if you have 4 new junior associates who earns 200 US dollars and you earned 400 US dollars then your total INCOME is:
4associates x 200 USD= 800 USD + 400 USD(personal commision) = 1,200 USD total
