This is another milestone for our team XTRM 1-11 and the whole UHS Philippines. We have proven that age is not an issue. Anything is possible with God. Having sheer determination and faith in Him is killer combination. Would like to express our gratitude to everyone who got promoted as well because they contributed largely in the momentum we need. Rich Tan-Ruby Director earned $10,400 US in a month's time, Darryl Blando-Gold Director earned $5000 US in a month. And a lot of Rank advancements during the 1 month period. Becoming a Diamond Director is not as easy as it looks. As it reminds me that when you see a raw uncut diamond you would not even think of picking it up. And as far as I could remember my professor in UST once said in order for a diamond to form it would take tremendous Pressure,intense high Temperature and millions of years. Not only that after a raw diamond is mined it will undergo painstaking processes. Firsts it will be soaked in an acid solution to cleanse all the unwanted materials. Second it will be cut to a size were in a diamond material will be used to cut the raw diamond. And Finally it will be polished to perfection and elegance. Like a Diamond Director we under went scenarios that helped us mature and acquire all the skills we need in order for us to build our business. We also experienced pressure when we first run for advancement but as it became a normal thing we adjusted and we learned to love pressure as an ally. We also experienced high temperature situations when we need to make a decision with regarding to the path we want to take. I guess we made the right ones because of where we are right now. And we are with fantastic people with diamond directorship capabilities that enhances our skills as well. And lastly we have the LORD our God to polish us. If not for him all these blessings wouldn't be possible. To God be the glory for in him we are strong and if with out him we are weak. To everyone who help us for our diamond promotion me Billy dela Fuente and my wife Pin dela Fuente thank you for the bottom of our hearts.
